I’m a behavior analyst, mom, coach, and someone who really gets what it feels like to be capable and still constantly overwhelmed.

I built 4 LYFE Coaching—to help people like you finally feel capable, focused, and in control again.

As an Executive Function Coach, I help you strengthen those mental muscles that keep you organized, focused, and crushing your goals.

Executive functions are your brain's command center - they handle planning, prioritizing, time management, and all those "adulting" skills that don't always come with an instruction manual.

I was the kid who aced every test...

…and the adult who couldn’t keep a to-do list straight.

By my 30s, I was constantly overwhelmed, trying to juggle motherhood, work, and the mental chaos no one else could see. When I was finally diagnosed with ADHD, everything clicked.

From that moment on, I stopped trying to “fix” myself and started learning how to work with my brain, not against it. I created systems that matched my energy, redefined what productivity looked like, and slowly, I found my rhythm again.

Since 2018, I’ve worked alongside children, families, and professionals to navigate challenges and pursue meaningful, sustainable growth. My passion for coaching goes beyond strategies and checklists—it’s rooted in connection, compassion, and helping people feel seen and supported.

I believe real change happens when we honor our stories, lean into our strengths, and give ourselves permission to grow at our own pace.​​

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in Applied Behavior Analysis, I blend science and soul—bringing evidence-based tools and a whole lot of heart into each session. Together, we’ll build the mindset and systems that fit your life, not someone else’s idea of what it should be.
